RecoverEaze Ltd assists individuals involved in road traffic accidents by referring them to trusted solicitors and service providers who may help with personal injury, vehicle damage, and vehicle hire claims.

2. Our Services

We offer assistance by:
• Referring you to qualified solicitors for injury or accident claims
• Helping arrange vehicle repairs and replacement (courtesy) cars
• Assisting with vehicle recovery and storage

All legal services are provided by our panel solicitors, who are fully regulated and authorised to conduct legal work. RecoverEaze Ltd itself does not act as a law firm or legal representative.

3. No Fees to Clients

You will not be charged any fees by RecoverEaze Ltd for our referral or assistance services.
We may receive a referral fee or commission from the solicitors or service providers we introduce you to. This does not affect your compensation or the cost of any services you receive.

4. No Win, No Fee

All solicitors we refer cases to operate on a No Win, No Fee basis.
You will not pay any legal fees unless your claim is successful.
Your solicitor will explain their terms — including any potential deductions — before you agree to proceed.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your accident and claim
• Cooperate with the solicitor or service provider handling your case
• Notify us if your circumstances change or if you decide not to continue with your claim

6. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your agreement with RecoverEaze Ltd within 14 days of first engaging our services — without giving any reason or paying any fees.
